Our story is simple: the desire to practice our profession with standards, simplicity, and consistency, in service of the essential projects of our clients and our consultants.

With more than ten years of shared experience in the demanding worlds of engineering consulting and the healthcare sector, we observed that the most effective environments are those that align values, skills, and purpose.
Made was therefore born from a human encounter, from an obvious realization, from a different way of thinking about consulting, and from an operating model built on meaning and the sustainability of careers.

Together, the three of us cover the entire value chain of an engineering consulting firm: sales, HR, finance, and operational management.
