Quality Engineer – Pharmaceutical Industry (M/F)

Build a career that matters.

At made., we have built a model that allows consultants to commit to demanding projects without sacrificing either their work-life balance or their professional trajectory.
We see engineering consulting as a true profession, practiced at the heart of our clients’ projects.
We support healthcare industrial players in their most critical quality projects, within demanding regulated environments: pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices.
Above all, we have chosen to break down silos and unlock career paths by putting people back at the center of consulting.
Here, you work on projects that matter, within a socially committed framework, with a trajectory designed for the long term.

Your role

Integrated into our clients’ Quality teams, you play a central role in controlling and improving the quality system.
You work close to the field, interacting with production, support functions, and project teams, in environments where regulatory rigor is structuring.
You are not on your own: exchanges are regular, straightforward, and focused on both your projects and your professional development.

Your day-to-day

Depending on the context and challenges, you may notably contribute to:

• providing operational quality support to field teams,
• managing deviations, CAPAs, and change control,
• preparing for and following up on audits and regulatory inspections,
• contributing to continuous improvement initiatives of the quality system.

Projects are selected for their technical content, their alignment with your background, and their potential for learning and development.

Your profile

You come from an engineering background or equivalent, with significant experience in quality within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
You have a strong command of GxP / GMP standards and are comfortable working in demanding environments where precision and reliability are essential.
Beyond technical skills, we place particular importance on field awareness, the quality of interactions, and the ability to work with rigor without losing sight of the human dimension.
At made., commitment, curiosity, and continuous development matter as much as expertise.
We believe in careers built over time.
