Your role

The position is part of a rapidly changing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, marked by the completion of a major project and the launch of new industrial investments.
In this context, you will join a PMO department to structure and secure the management of strategic industrial projects.
You will act as Senior PMO Project Manager, with overall responsibility for project management, without any technical design role.
Your role is to ensure control of all aspects of the project: organisational, planning and financial.
Acting as the interface between the engineering, production, quality and finance teams, you will ensure the overall consistency of the project and its progress within the agreed timeframe.

Your day-to-day

You will contribute to:

- structuring project governance and methodologies,
- develop and manage the overall schedule,
- coordinate technical and business stakeholders,
- monitor progress and secure key milestones,
- oversee budget monitoring and CAPEX costs,
- Anticipate risks and manage deviations.
- reporting to stakeholders and management,
- ensure that deliverables are met and project momentum is maintained.

Your profile

With a degree in engineering or equivalent, you have solid experience in managing industrial projects in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
You have already worked in CAPEX environments and know how to structure complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.

You are recognised for:

your ability to manage cross-functional projects,
your methodological and organisational rigour,
your mastery of planning and budgeting,
your credibility in front of technical teams,
your sense of autonomy and your ability to quickly take the lead.

This position requires an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running.
